"Everyone at the Paul Hanson office was friendly and helpful when first arriving for an appointment. Natasha in particular was extremely helpful with looking over all options for all types of coverages, including homeowners & automobile coverage plans. She was very patient and also super diligent in researching all affordable options to find the best coverages and rates. Natasha explained all the details very thoroughly and took the time to answer all questions regarding current policies as well as what things might look like for years to come in the Minnesota/Insurance market. "I highly recommend State Farm Insurance for auto and home insurance. We recently totaled one of our cars, and Natasha was amazing to work with as we navigated that stressful situation. Based on that interaction we finally decided to check with State Farm for our home insurance. Again, Natasha took the time and care to explain everything in a way that I understood. "I have just recently started working with Paul's office and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences! I am always greeted in an extremely timely fashion, most of the time by Austin.
